Key Responsibilities :

To plan and organize production planning with other operation teams.
To ensure the plant is running smoothly without any scheduled downtime.
To analyze process performance and optimize production efficiency.
To ensure all related plant activities are recorded and updated in the Production Report and Plant Log Book.
To train, motivate and supervise production operators in performing their daily work tasks to achieve targets.
To ensure all production activities and processes comply with BRC, GMP and HACCP standards.
To maintain good housekeeping, safety and hygiene practices.
To anticipate the problem related to either process or equipment and take all possible preventive measures in advance.
To identify item / service need, raise requisition, follow up with procurement PIC on purchase order approval and close the requisition.
To ensure sufficient stock of spare parts or consumable goods for smooth operation and continuous running of the plant.

Job Requirement :

At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred for this position.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office.

Applicants with knowledge of plant processes in oil palm refinery and Quality system (e.g. GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC, etc.) are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge in process automation will be an advantage.

Applicants with strong analytical and problem-solving skill, result-oriented and hardworking will have an added advantage.

Flexible and willing to work beyond normal working hours.

Experience in Manufacturing Supervision would be an added advantage.

Able to work under pressure and independently with a high degree of commitment.
