Requirements
- Minimum SPM with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office
- Passionate, hardworking, initiative, and trustworthy worker
- Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful periods
- Must be able to work overtime, as and when IT’s required.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
- Prefer to start work immediately
Responsibilities
Effectively schedule shipment bookings for all customer’s cargo shipmentsPerform the day-to-day operations of the export / import department to ensure that customer requirements are metCommunicate with customs, agents and overseas agents regarding shipment details and problem resolution.Responsible for timely update of customer shipment tracking and provide necessary reports / booking confirmation to customerEnsure the complete and timely delivery of freight by attaining knowledge from clients in order to satisfy their needsIdentify and resolve issues causing delays in cargo movement.Able to request and negotiate for freight quotationsPreparation of documentation for job file billing / closing and completing paperwork that meets stringent requirementsControlling and monitoring the return of POD from vendor / agents.To prepare monthly warehouse report for supported key account.Benefits
