Overview

Technician - Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur Mont Kiara. Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara, Malaysia. This position reports directly to the Lead Host - Engineering.

Responsibilities

Take an active role in resolving maintenance issues for both guest and associate areas, resolving issues that can be dealt with immediately and reporting those that require specialist skill.
Properly handle and maintain all power tools.
Submit requests to the Lead Host – Engineering for purchases of parts and consumables.
Ensure cleanliness of all work areas and protect the surroundings when executing duties.
Ensure effective energy conservation measures in areas of operations.
Ensure timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
Assist to ensure the Preventive Maintenance Program is carried out promptly and to the highest standard.
Assist other Hosts with duties throughout the hotel when requested by a superior.
Any additional specialist skill is an advantage.
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next phase of the recruitment process.
