Job descriptionWork hour starting from 8.35am until 5.45pm (MON to FRI) Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop, server operating systems Working experience in ICT system integration and end-user application support environment Working experience with MSSQL SSIS or ETL tool, translate business requirement into scope of work Revise and improves the existing EDI / SSIS scripting process and procedure for new customer Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel Macro Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Understanding of software development cycle To prioritize, plan and execute work schedule Provide pre-sales support on customer’s EDI requirements. To provide application support including issue investigation, diagnosis of root causes and implementation of solutions To plan and conduct software test To conduct user-training sessions as required for new applications To document implemented systems To document resolutions for future reference To provide first level application support for all incoming requests in a professional and courteous manner To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time and whenever necessary to avoid operation disruption
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science OR CAN OR CompTIA A+ Networking is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Minimum 2 years(s) of working experience in the related field; practical experience of Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS and networking
- Good command in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage
