Job Summary

We are seeking Mandarin-speaking Finance Analysts to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with finance or accounting backgrounds who enjoy working in a fast-paced, global shared services environment. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate financial tasks and transactions in accordance with company policies.
Identify policy violations, duplicate claims, and data inconsistencies.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, finance, and audit requirements.
Work with global teams across different time zones to support financial operations.
Adapt quickly to new systems, policies, and workflows.

Requirements

Experience & Knowledge

Minimum 1 year of working experience in finance or accounting (shared service centre experience preferred).

Fresh graduates in Finance / Accounting are welcome to apply.

Review & Compliance Skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to detect errors, policy violations, and inconsistencies.

Familiar with compliance and audit requirements.

Soft Skills & Competencies

Adaptability in handling volume fluctuations and new processes.

Quick learner with good system knowledge.

Team-oriented, collaborative, and positive in attitude.

Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Language & Culture

Fluency in Mandarin is required (system documentation is in Mandarin).

Strong English proficiency (written & spoken).

Comfortable working with multicultural and global teams.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
