Overview

Client Relations / Business Development position – Malaysia. Our client is an Australian regulated broker offering CFDs across FX, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. They are growing and recruiting a full-time Client Relations / Business Development professional in Malaysia. Reporting to :

SEA Manager Responsibilities

Develop the assigned country / territory / region by converting leads into clients and establishing business relationships with new and existing partners Actively identify trading professionals across social and professional platforms to engage them as clients / partners Identify effective local marketing channels to promote the company and its products Assist onboarding of trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers and other partners; collaborate with customer support to ensure a seamless onboarding and excellent user experience Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to prepare sales / marketing content Build and maintain relationships with prospective partners; retain and reactivate clients and partners Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures Monitor affiliates / partners to optimize activity and ensure KPIs are met Conduct market and competitor analysis and provide feedback on the customer journey to management Ensure prudent due diligence and regulatory compliance per company policies Travel to conferences and business meetings as required Candidate profile

Strong preference for candidates with FX / CFD and online trading industry experience Proficiency in English; regional connections are a plus Client-focused with excellent customer service and negotiation skills Excellent communication and written skills Ability to influence and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive with a strong desire to succeed Ability to work independently and in a team; can-do attitude The offer
