About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Executive, Agency Administration & Support to join our team at Hong Leong MSIG Takaful Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations and administration of our agency network.

What you'll be doing

Payment and Benefits

  • Process payments and benefits for agents within stipulated time.
  • Process tied agency incentives, salary schemes, contest reporting, and administration.
  • Process ALC agency incentives, salary schemes, contest reporting, and administration.
  • Process payments for short contest.
  • Ensure the payment transactions / records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare report and process payment for Agent Get Agent Sharing Commission.

Reporting

  • Prepare and analyse performance reports for agents.
  • Prepare report for Agency Challenges, Club Membership and Contract & Benefit.
  • Prepare ALC and Tied Agencies Incentives and Salary Scheme reporting.
  • Prepare data for BSC reports to regulatory within the stipulated time.
  • Prepare and setup Persistency reports.
  • Prepare management reports such as EXCO, Daily Production Report and MAPA.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports requested by Management, Agency and Banca.
  • Prepare Internal and External ROC reports.
  • Prepare BSC reports for regulatory.
  • Database Management, Compliance & Support

  • Maintain and update records for payments and benefits of agents.
  • Ensure data is accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure the payment and benefits process are adhere with Compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Attend to the enquiries from agents and other Business Units within stipulated time.
  • Attend to the request and reports required by Compliance and Risk Department.
  • Prepare and review the Departmental SOPs.
  • What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to work with databases and other relevant software
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
