Data Maintenance, Analysis & Reporting Executive
- Manage, validate, and update sales data across multiple systems (SFA, DMS, DSM, ERP) .
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness .
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies .
- Standardize data definitions, formats, and processes across different operations .
- Develop and maintain Analyzer and Power BI dashboards and reports covering :
- Sales performance (by geography, channel, category, principal).
- Inventory, warehousing, and logistics KPIs.
- Finance-related sales analysis (pricing, discounts, claims).
- Provide timely, accurate, and insightful reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across geography, channel, category, principal .
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve reporting efficiency and alignment .
- Recommend and implement process automation (RPA / ETL tools) to reduce manual workload.
- Act as the single point of contact for data and reporting queries from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Warehousing, and Logistics.
- Support stakeholders with standardized reporting templates .
- Train internal users on SFA, Analyzer, Power BI, and reporting tools .
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, IT, Finance, or related field .2–4 years’ experience in sales operations, data analysis, or reporting .Experience in FMCG, Distribution, or Multi-Principal Sales environment is highly desirable.Proficient in Analyzer and Power BI (dashboard design, DAX, data modelling).Knowledge of ETL / Automation tools (e.g., Python, RPA, Airflow, n8n) is an advantage.Understanding of SFA / DMS / ERP systems and data flows.Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.Attention to detail and data accuracy.Good communication and presentation skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT.Proactive, independent, and adaptable in a multi-principal environment .Company overview
