Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in event sales, account servicing, or a related field
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or similar
  • Proven track record pitching and managing corporate events — from conferences and product launches to gala dinners and awards nights
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously - Able to juggle multiple client projects like a pro
  • Confident presenter who can engage clients and inspire internal teams alike
  • Excellent communication. Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages = bonus!)
  • Aggressive (in a good way!) — self-motivated and sales-driven
  • A true team player who collaborates effortlessly with colleagues and external partners
  • Calm, composed, and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations
  • Deeply passionate about events, with a sharp eye for detail and delivery
