Requirements
2–4 years of experience in event sales, account servicing, or a related fieldDiploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or similarProven track record pitching and managing corporate events — from conferences and product launches to gala dinners and awards nightsProven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously - Able to juggle multiple client projects like a proConfident presenter who can engage clients and inspire internal teams alikeExcellent communication. Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages = bonus!)Aggressive (in a good way!) — self-motivated and sales-drivenA true team player who collaborates effortlessly with colleagues and external partnersCalm, composed, and solutions-focused in high-pressure situationsDeeply passionate about events, with a sharp eye for detail and deliverySomeone who doesn’t just handle stress — they turn it into momentum & fuel for fireBenefits
