Senior Business Analyst

Project Execution : Help the team effectively complete projects with minimal friction, involving implementation for Malaysia & Singapore.

Project Planning : Develop comprehensive project plans and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.

Technical Support : Provide support throughout the project lifecycle and create technical proposals to meet client needs.

Cross-team Communication : Communicate project requirements clearly to development, UI / UX, and DevOps teams.

Software Enhancement : Identify software gaps and propose new features to improve overall effectiveness.

Client Training : Involve in project implementation and provide end-user training to clients.

Post-implementation Support : Offer ongoing support to clients after project completion.

Problem-solving : Continually identify potential project delays and implement prompt solutions.

Adaptability : Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment and dealing with ambiguity.
