Role Overview
As a redONE evangelist, the Assistant, Sales Support is a key figure in managing pre- and post-sales processes with deep exposure to the RSS system. This role is essential in ensuring operational excellence and effective cross-functional coordination. Key accountabilities include :
As a key person responsible for the end-to-end onboarding process of new partners via RSS and upcoming Partner Onboarding platforms.
Manage all correspondence and escalations between the Channel team and internal departments, ensuring timely resolutions.
Monitor and maintain state POSM stock levels to ensure availability and proper disbursement.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring service quality within allocated budgets.
Prepare and provide accurate data and reports to support sales team strategies and decisions.
Respond promptly to communications via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram.
Deliver training (onsite / online) for partners, sales teams, and new staff on RSS, MPartner, product SOPs, etc. Also act as the first point of contact for MPartner knowledge for channel partners.
Attending other company-related events / functions as and when necessary.
Perform additional tasks as required by management and reporting manager.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding : Verify all partner onboarding documentation and information prior to escalation to relevant stakeholders.
- Onboarding : Update and manage the full lifecycle of partner applications (submission, pending, to escalate, ID created) within a 24-hour SLA.
- Onboarding : Master and support all processes related to New Partner Recruitment.
- Onboarding : Transfer of Ownership (ToO).
- Onboarding : Re-join Requests.
- Onboarding : Upgrade & Downgrade of Partner Status.
- Onboarding : Serve as key person for MyPartner Portal.
- Onboarding : Submission of Monthly RSA Report to GTM Sales.
- Training & Liaison HQ : Train partners for new products, processes & system enhancements.
- Training & Liaison HQ : Support LDU HQ in assessing and training partners.
- Training & Liaison HQ : Compile feedback from training and submit a training report as assigned trainer and liaison.
- PR Submission & Execution : Roadshow Activities — Submit quarterly Forecast Roadshow Planning Reports for GTM approval.
- PR Submission & Execution : Prepare and submit PRs for Roadshows, SA BOM, and Partner Gatherings / Meetings.
- PR Submission & Execution : Prepare Monthly Roadshow Reports, including POE and Activation Reports to Trade Marketing.
- POSM & Makeover : End-to-end POSM procurement, stock tracking, and disbursement.
- POSM & Makeover : Submit Monthly Inventory Stocktake Reports to Trade Marketing.
- POSM & Makeover : Provide Regional PO reports with complete invoices and installation photos to Finance.
- Devices Management : Forecast and submit device requirements based on run rates and inputs from SM / RH.
- Devices Management : Perform stock-out activities in redPOS and manage stock distribution on receipt of devices.
- Admin : Answer emails, phone calls, and messaging; maintain competitive comparisons across telco, product, marketing, promotion, and commission.
- Admin : Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support sales performance tracking and decision-making.
- Finance Related : Monthly Petty Cash Claim Report; Monthly Courier services invoice; Triton service, repair & maintenance (if required).
- HR Related : Monthly Attendance Report & Documentation; Monthly Triton mileage.
- Trade Marketing Related : Annually Premier Shop operation status report; TVS - PS Blue Pepper latest visual updates.
Job Requirements
Education : Candidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / SPM / "O" Level, Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field.Languages : Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, Tamil, or other languages; local dialects are an added advantage.Skills : Strong communication, dynamic, result-oriented with excellent presentation skills.Attributes : Highly motivated, driven to grow; positive, passionate, collaborative, team player, able to perform in a challenging environment.Experience : At least 1 year in a related field required; preferably clerical / administrative support or equivalent.Location : This is a full-time position based in Ipoh, Perak.Note : Be careful not to share bank or credit card details when applying.
