Finance Manager

Overview

Responsible for full spectrum of accounts, including group / Business segments consolidation, and taxation and timely submission of monthly / quarterly management accounts.

Responsible for annual budget and the planning thereof.

Preparation of business review and variance analysis against budget / prior year results for management on monthly / quarterly or on need basis.

Providing rolling forecasts, financial analysis and strategic input to facilitate high-level decision-making by management.

Coordinating / liaising with auditors and tax agent on all accounts and tax matter.

Review and approve annual audit & tax computation, and notes to accounts.

Review SST returns & ensure compliance with custom requirement.

Job Requirements

Minimum with 8 years’ relevant working experiences

Well versed in Microsoft Office and preferably with knowledge in using FACT system.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

A good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Committed with strong sense of responsibility and able to work within deadline.
