Overview

We are seeking a multi-talented Interior Design Architect who is experienced in 3D rendering, architectural drafting, and M&E planning. The candidate should be capable of handling interior layout proposals, 3D visuals, technical plan drafting, and coordinating with M&E consultants to ensure accurate and compliant submissions.

Responsibilities

• Handle interior layout proposals, 3D visuals, and technical plan drafting.
• Coordinate with M&E consultants to ensure accurate and compliant submissions.
• Manage authority submissions where applicable and ensure compliance with local codes.
