We’re looking for a hands‑on, people‑first HR Director to lead and shape the HR agenda across our Malaysia operations — supporting over 5,000 employees and partnering closely with Asia and global leadership teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

Partner with business and regional HR leaders to deliver strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness and talent pipelines.
Lead change, engagement, and leadership development programs that inspire high performance.
Collaborate with global Centers of Excellence on reward, talent, and learning initiatives.
Use insights and data to influence decisions and drive business results.

What You’ll Bring

8–10 years in leadership role, ideally in manufacturing or technology environments.

Strong expertise in change management, organizational design, and talent development.

Deep understanding of Malaysian labor laws and a track record of partnering with senior leaders.

A collaborative, proactive mindset — and the confidence to influence at all levels.
