Responsibilities
1. Corporate Planning & Business Plan Development Lead development, implementation, and refinement of comprehensive corporate and business plans, aligning with the company’s overall vision and goals.
2. Business Plan Execution & Monitoring Oversee the execution of strategic business plans and initiatives, monitoring progress and ensure successful achievement of objectives.
3. Short term & Mid-term Business Planning Develop and manage both short term business plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and market dynamics.
4. Assist Role in Commercial Contract Provide support on commercial contracts related to business initiatives or current or future projects.
5. Business Sustainability & Transformation Drive initiatives related to business sustainability and transformation, adapting to evolving and ensuring long-term growth and resilience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field.
3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate planning, strategic management, or business development roles.
Proven track record successfully developing and executing business plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledgeable in legal matters will be an added advantage.
