Job Description :

1.Create the delivery note and gate pass for all orders

2. Manual DN creation for POSM

3.Attached PO,DO & price tag for DN

4.To print purchase order and price tag for AEON order.

5. Create job to any file order for each cut off

6. Run HHP order for central

7.B2B senheng system update EDO

8.Prepare pick list / update serial number and delivery note for em hub order (ce) and send document by email

9. Run senheng order for central

10. WAL weight update

11. Back up for OM team when staff not around

Job Requirement :

  • Requirement at least SPM Level.
  • Experience in any administrative field and operation related.
  • Possess own transport

Job Type : Contract

Contract length : 24 months

Pay : RM1, RM1,900.00 per month

Work Location : Remote

Expected Start Date : 09 / 01 / 2025
