Job Tittle : Internship ZARA

JOB PURPOSE

To support store objective by delivering excellent customer service in line with store needs and to ensure the effective maintenance of designated sections / zone.

TASKS

Maintain responsibility for one or several sections of the store as instructed by your Manager keeping a basic image of the area (folding and displaying)
Process sales, exchanges and refunds efficiently, accurately and quickly in all payment methods
Ensure that good housekeeping standards are maintained on the shop floor when required and ensure that the Cash desk areas are replenished and kept tidy throughout the day.
Ensure that customers are acknowledged and receive a quality services either face to face or over the telephone
Maintain excellent standards in the stockroom by organizing and arranging the stockroom efficiently
Continually develop stocks knowledge and promotions throughout the store.

STANDARDS

Compliance

Ensures employees are knowledgeable and always updated on SOPs

Implements store self-assessment audits / reviews internal audit reports and devise action plans with the wider management team ensuing that actions are delivered

Health and Safety

To ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and to communicate with the senior management team in case an accident happens

To be aware of the risks of employees and customers are exposed to and to be aware of safe work practices and company procedures to overcome them.

JOB CONTEXT

To deliver excellent customer services to achieve store sales target and proved great customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge :

Previous fashion retail experience and / or excellent customer service experience preferred

Love / and or passion for fashion

Articulate and good communication skills

Energetic & enthusiastic

Good interpersonal skills

Strong initiative & self-motivation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays
