Job descriptionTender Submission Preparation. Attend site valuations, prepare, evaluate and submit progress claims, VO and final account to Client. Collaborate with Client, Consultant, Suppliers and Sub-Contractors. Sub contract support management : Assist to prepare LOA, Work Order, LOl, claims, payments, VOs, final account & etc. Cost Analysis : To obtain quotations, compare and verification including technical specifications. Verification of works : To verify works done and joint site valuation &measurement with contractor Establishment of cost elements / trades Taking off &measurement and Prepare BQ Responsible for any ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD
