Job descriptionBusiness & Solution Support Support in designing and implementing business solutions under the guidance of senior team members. Participate in requirement analysis, impact assessments, and functional testing activities. Technical & System Analysis Support system configuration, integration, and testing efforts across different modules. Maintain and update technical documentation for assigned systems or CRs. Solution Development & Automation (Hands-On) Design and build applications using PowerApps, integrating data sources such as SharePoint, Excel, and Dataverse. Configure and maintain JIRA automation rules, workflows, dashboards, and forms to improve team productivity and tracking accuracy. Support integration between systems through APIs or connectors within the Microsoft Power Platform environment. Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards. Data & Reporting Assist in data preparation, transformation, and visualization activities to provide business insights. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Track and report delivery status to stakeholders, highlighting risks and dependencies. Support in evaluating vendor solutions and verifying compliance with business and technical requirements. Project & Budget Administration Support project documentation, scheduling, and governance processes. Continuous Learning & Improvement Stay updated on emerging technologies, especially in Microsoft Power Platform and automation tools, to propose improvement ideas. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share best practices within the team. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related discipline. CGPA above 3.0 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT solutioning, automation, or systems development, preferably within the telecommunications or digital solutions domain. Power Platform Development : Hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud / Desktop), PowerApps, and basic Power BI reporting. Ability to design, test, and deploy automation workflows and low-code applications. JIRA Administration : Experience in configuring workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and custom issue types in JIRA. Familiarity with JIRA integration and reporting. System & Application Knowledge : Exposure to CRM, billing, or eCommerce systems and understanding of system integration concepts. Programming & Scripting : Medium proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or SQL). Data & BI : Familiar with data visualization and transformation using Power BI or similar tools. Vendor & Project Support : Experience supporting vendor deliverables, project tracking, and documentation. Mid-Senior level Full-time Other Telecommunications

Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Owners / Managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
Perform system analysis to identify process gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Develop and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) to streamline operational and business processes.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
Coordinate with vendors on CR / project progress, testing, and deployment schedules.
Support in annual operating plan (AOP) tracking, CR budgeting, and project pipeline reporting.
Develop working knowledge in core business systems such as CRM, Billing, and Digital Platforms.
