Job Responsibilities :

• To consolidate market and forecasted data in managing the CKD planning, shipping and storage at port or warehouse.
• To liaise with Inokom to establish the production plan as per market demand or stock requirement after getting requirement from Sales Operations Department.
• To ensure daily output is achieved according to the various production shops and production lines.
• To ensure Inokom gives HSDM priority in meeting HSDM production needs.
• To ensure that the quality of vehicles is achieved according to the Principal’s buy off standard for various shops, production lines and buy off points.
• To conduct periodic review of local suppliers to ensure compliance to Principal’s standard / requirement.
• To manage / review the quality and quantity of CKD and local parts prior to assembly.
• To review any claims from Inokom to Principal / suppliers or any irregular orders periodically.
• To manage the CKD and local parts that are damaged in the production lines.
• To review the assembly process periodically to ensure the CKD and local parts are assembled according to the Standard Operatiing Procedure (SOP) set by the Principal.
• To ensure the assembly cost is kept to the minimum, be it the direct / indirect materials / manpower / overhead / etc that appeared in the assembly charge.
• To work closely with the Inokom on any new CKD product to ensure the pilot production is meeting the Principal requirement.
