Product Roadmap & Backlog Management :

Create and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap based on business goals, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on the most valuable features and improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, and product specifications.

Ensure effective communication between teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the product development lifecycle.

Product Delivery & Quality Assurance :

Work with development teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time and within budget.

Ensure that product features are thoroughly tested and meet pass quality assurance before release.

Data-Driven Decision Making :

Utilize analytics, customer feedback, and lending portfolio performance to make informed product decisions and continuously improve product performance.

Monitor product KPIs and iterate on features to improve user engagement, repayment rates, and overall product success.

Stakeholder Management :

Communicate product updates and progress to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Act as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries and decisions.

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in the financial services, fintech, or digital lending industry.

Proven track record of delivering successful digital products from ideation to launch.

Strong understanding of product management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex ideas clearly.

Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.

Familiarity with lending products, credit risk, and financial regulations is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with digital lending platforms or consumer finance products.

Knowledge of customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.

Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Confluence).
