What You’ll Do / 工作职责

Responsible for editing and producing company course videos, ensuring smooth transitions, clear visuals, and engaging storytelling.

Produce short-form video ads optimized for social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, Xiaohongshu).

Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to improve overall video content quality and branding consistency.

Assist in shooting and filming company events, courses, and promotional materials.

Continuously explore new editing styles, transitions, and trends to enhance audience engagement.

工作内容：

负责公司课程教学视频的剪辑与后期制作，确保画面流畅、内容吸引。

制作符合各大社交媒体平台算法与风格的短视频广告素材（如 TikTok、Instagram、Facebook、小红书等）。

与创意团队紧密合作，提升视频内容质量与品牌一致性。

具备一定的拍摄能力，协助公司进行课程、活动及宣传视频拍摄。

不断学习与运用最新剪辑趋势、转场与风格，提升视频吸引力。

Requirements / 任职要求

Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in video editing software such as Jianying, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.

Basic knowledge of visual effects, color correction, and audio adjustment.

Strong understanding of short-form video platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc.) and their content strategies.

At least 1 year of relevant experience; talented fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Strong sense of creativity, rhythm, and aesthetics— able to produce visually appealing short videos.

Excellent communication skills and team spirit.

具备基础的后期特效、调色与音频处理能力。

至少 1 年相关工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑。

具备良好的创意与审美能力，能制作出吸引眼球的短视频。

善于沟通、具团队精神，能与创意及营销团队协作。
