JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Content Strategy
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with the station’s overall brand identity and audience segments.
- Ensure consistency in tone, visual style, and messaging across all platforms (on-air, online, social).
- Translate brand values into creative storytelling that resonates with Gen Z and millennial audiences.
On-Air Integration
Collaborate with announcers, show producers, and programming teams to infuse brand messaging into daily shows and talksets.Write and produce station promos, liners, branded segments, and campaigns that enhance the station's sonic identity.Support execution of branded content partnerships and sponsored on-air activations.Digital & Social Media Content
Ideate, script, and produce digital-first content including Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, behind-the-scenes videos, audiograms, and memes.Schedule and manage social media content calendars across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Threads).Capture and edit content from on-ground events, artist interviews, studio moments, or viral trends.REQUIREMENTS :
Campaign & Event Collaboration
Assist in the conceptualization of 360° campaigns that connect radio, digital, and on-ground event activations.Work closely with the marketing and sales team to bring branded ideas to life that engage both listeners and advertisers.Contribute content support to major station events, live broadcasts, artist showcases, and community campaigns.Creative Writing & Copy Development
Write compelling copy for campaigns, scripts, social posts, email blasts, and website content.Ensure all written content reflects the tone and energy of the station brand (fun, edgy, witty, or bold).Analytics & Content Performance
Track key metrics (reach, engagement, shares, saves, etc.) and provide actionable insights to improve content effectiveness.Identify high-performing content themes, audience behavior, and emerging trends to guide future planning.
