Position Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Regional Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, on-site service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training across the assigned region. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of electrical and electronic systems. Key Responsibilities : -Provide on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair services for the Company’s Products / Equipment. -Diagnose complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize customer downtime. -Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide guidance to junior engineers. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with key regional customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term service partnerships. -Conduct technical training for customers and internal teams on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety. -Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, feedback on product performance, and recommendations for improvements. -Support the sales team with technical advice during pre-sales, demonstrations, and trade shows as needed. -Ensure all service activities comply with company quality standards and safety regulations. -Coordinate with the global technical support team for escalations and knowledge sharing. -Manage spare parts inventory and ensure proper documentation of service cases. Qualifications and Requirements : -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field. -Minimum of 5 years of relevant service experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical equipment. -Strong hands-on experience in electrical systems, electronics, troubleshooting, and repair. -Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work independently in a regional role. -Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region. -Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, service software, and Microsoft Office applications. -Familiarity with PLC, automation systems, or advanced electronic controls. -Fluency in English is a must.
