Strong leadership, motivational and people skills. Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach. Problem‑solving skill. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. Skills : Microsoft Office. Candidate must be based in Linaco Manufacturing, Batu Pahat, Johor. Full‑time position available.
Production Supervisor
Department : Warehouse & Production
Location : Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia
Job Responsibilities
- Arrange daily production activities according to production schedule
- Lead, motivate, communicate and organize the production team
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
