Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least Certificates / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Engineering Mechanical / Electric & Electronic or equivalent. Required language(s) : Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools Organizational and leadership abilities Strong leadership, motivational and people skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Problem solving skill At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Office Candidate to be base in Linaco Manufacturing, Batu Pahat, Johor. 1 Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Responsibilities
- Arrange daily production activities according to production schedule
- Lead, motivate, communicate and organize the production team
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
