What will you do?

Individual will be part of the Market Solutions, Banking Services department and will play a key role and provide 1st level support for the Operations team within Banking Services on any infrastructure (IT) issue.

Responsible for :

  • Perform filtering and analyze all issues, bugs raised by the business on a daily basis.
  • Follow up and manage infrastructure issue and raise to the IT department including enhancement requested by business.
  • Be the lead to oversee and coordinate development of business processes, including writing the Business Requirement Document and perform UAT testing.
  • Champion and drive brightpath / process improvement ideas within the department.
  • Review and standardize the DOP & Process notes, review of bespoke processes and their procedures.
  • Coordinator between various stakeholders and Ops Teams, for any projects and initiatives.
  • To pair with the SME to combine Technical, Ops & System knowledge.
  • To assist when Gap analysis requires, on Clients Change request, new process migration and E&O due to system gap.
  • The incumbent is responsible to ensure allocated tasks are executed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation, innovation and goals defined by the Director of Market Solutions Malaysia, implemented and actively contribute to the implementation of the Target Operating Model for the respective activities.
  • Follows established procedures, processes or work routines under fairly direct supervision.
  • Has scope to interpret policies / procedures and is able to determine own priorities in delivering longer-term (quarterly / semi-annual) results with supervisory monitoring of results and after-the-fact review.
  • Receives managerial direction to establish expected results over extended timelines and is able to independently determine how and when results are to be achieved.

Operates with wide discretion in a major operating area provided that actions are consistent with established operating principles and with pre-approval to implement actions that affect other areas or functions within the company.

Work on medium- & long-term transformational projects (1-3 years).

Review and address gaps in the processes that impacts delivery to clients.

Simplify the data consolidation process for the processes (Reduce manual, more automated)
