Responsibilities

  • Facilitate training sessions in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, adapting communication styles and delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning preferences and cultural backgrounds.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance data analysis, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of training content and delivery methods.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in nutrition, dietetics, and training methodologies, incorporating new knowledge and techniques into training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Assist in the operation of Wellness / Health Retreat Programs & Health Products
  • Assist in newsletter preparation and other educational material publishing
  • Involve in e-Diet Advice and update company’s website
  • Develop and execute sales strategy after discussion with HOD; drive the agreed sales targets.
  • Regular reporting and communication to the HOD on sales performance, activities, and market intelligence
  • Raise internal product quality investigation, and fulfilment inefficiency, including services.
  • Prepare cash flow reports and support treasury functions.
  • Liaise with Sales & Marketing team on commission verification and budgeting.
  • Provide administrative support in fund-raising documentation and investor reporting.
  • Assist in statutory submissions : LHDN (tax), EPF, SOCSO, EIS, SST, SSM filings.
  • Work with auditors and tax agents in providing requested schedules.
  • Ensure alignment between product features, customer needs, and market demands.
  • Set sales targets and drive sales performance to meet revenue goals.
  • Assist in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments.
  • Organize continuous medical education programme (CME)
  • Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in nutrition and training to ensure that programs are relevant and effective
