Responsibilities

Financial Reporting and Analysis : Review, compile, and generate consolidated financial reports, including group performance simulations for forecasting and analysis.
Group Reporting and Consolidation : Consolidate financial results for the entire group, including review and reconciliation of inter-company transactions and balances to prepare a unified financial picture.
Compliance and Coordination : Ensure compliance with statutory submissions and financial reporting, liaising with external parties such as tax agents, auditors, and consultants.
Project and Financial Management : Monitor and manage the financial health of the company\'s projects, including tracking cash flow, revenue, and other financial statistics.
Reporting and Documentation : Prepare and coordinate various reports and documents, including quarterly announcements, presentations, and internal management materials.

Profile

A successful Group Senior Finance Manager should have :

A recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in the property / construction industry.

Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of finance professionals.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.

Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
