Insurance Admin & Sales Support Executive (Case Manager)

Job description :

  • Manage insurance application workflow between the stakeholders which includes, client, sales consultant and business partners representing the insurance carriers.
  • Prepare and Ensure accuracy of Sales illustration requested by Business partners and Sales Consultants.
  • Maintain consistent engagement with Sales Consultants in preparing and managing insurance application.
  • Provide professional and timely update to team member and Sales consultant on the status of insurance application.
  • Input data of client, meeting and case file information timely and accurately into CRM system
  • Submit new business documents timely and accurately
  • Support other team members in sales illustrations, case management, medicals and presentations

Requirement :

  • Diploma / Degree holder or above from Finance / Business Administration or related discipline
  • Proactive, self-motivated, self-disciplined with integrity and commitment to serving the clients' need
  • Strong relationship development / management, communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under extreme deadlines
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • We are open to fresh graduate or candidates with few years of insurance background.

    Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM4, RM6,000.00 per month

    Work Location : In person
