This Position reports to : SI Channel Manager Malaysia & KAM

Overview

Your role is to be responsible for the sales of ABB products, systems, and services within a designated market / division in line with the division strategy. You will achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction, and you will identify and develop new sales opportunities.

The work model for the role is contributing to Electrification Smart Building in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers about delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions in line with ABB offering and strategy.
  • Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate value proposition to customers.
  • Identify and drive development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
  • Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support cash collection and project management activities when needed.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years in the electrical industry, preferably with project sales or segment / application engineering background
  • Strong relationships in Building, General Industry, Semiconductor, Data Center, and Factory Segments
  • Familiarity with Low Voltage (LV) products and channel sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
