Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and execute our AI‑enabled workflow automation strategy from the ground up. In this role, you will identify key workflows to automate by engaging with internal customers and business stakeholders, and then work with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI platform strategy—balancing feasibility, business impact & adaptability. Identify opportunistic areas for impact, focusing on operational efficiency gains while exploring new growth avenues by leveraging LLMs and other AI technologies to achieve previously unattainable outcomes.
• Establish AI governance, intake, and prioritization—ensuring we solve real, high‑value problems for the business across functions such as Commercial, Quick Commerce, Service Operations, and Logistics.
• Collaborate with data & analytics, business functions & analytics / data engineering to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions with speed and agility.
• Define and drive adoption of AI products and automations, making measurable improvements in efficiency and decision‑making, and tracking key business metrics.
• Communicate clearly at every level—from C‑suite to builders—bringing everyone along on the journey.
• Reporting to the Senior Director of Data & Analytics, this is a demanding, high‑impact role for an exceptional AI Product Manager.
