Results-driven and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee brand positioning, campaign execution, digital performance, and market growth strategies. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and business growth.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION :
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with company goals and market trends, including brand positioning enhancement
- Work closely with Head of Brand & Marketing to govern, assist, and strategize with all regional markets who will be reporting in to this function. Key market includes Australia, India, China, Singapore, HongKong Macao, Taiwan, Japan and Korea.
- Manage P&L with a focus on cost optimization and revenue growth with planning and managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, and offline channels.
- Lead brand positioning, storytelling, and visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Manage marketing calendar, budgets, timelines, and external vendors including media agencies and tourism partners.
- Using creative / effective channels to maximize promotional opportunities for airasia in a cost-efficient manner, building a consistent level of 'buzz' around the brand, driving conversion & bookings for the business
- Track and report on KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI to optimize effectiveness.
- Manage and grow internal marketing team members and support their development.
WHO YOU ARE :
Bachelor’s degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or related disciplineAt least 8- 10 years working experience product marketing, with a focus on expanding new business opportunities and strong in P&L ManagementAt least 5 years of team management to drive the team and foster a collaborative and productive work environmentSkilled professional in Project Management, Timeline Management, and Vendor ManagementExcellent analytical skills and ability to understand data, campaign performance and business financials with detailed-orientedProven track record of delivering successful campaigns and measurable business results.Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration & goodwill between different teamsDemonstrable passion for travel in general and with Asia in particularWHAT YOU’LL ENJOY :
