We’re seeking a dynamic and hands‑on Team Lead to oversee the planning, coordination and execution of brand events and partnership activations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for event management, team coordination and delivering memorable brand experiences that strengthen our market presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end planning, management and delivery of brand activations, corporate events and partnership initiatives.
- Supervise the event activation team, ensuring high-quality execution and on‑brand delivery across all activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to align event goals with business objectives.
- Identify and develop strategic partnership and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage vendor relationships, event logistics and budgets to ensure timely and cost‑effective execution.
- Event Activation & Partnership Execution
- Ensure all event activations reflect the Company’s brand values and communication standards.
- Support the development of event marketing materials, presentations, and on‑site collateral.
- Monitor post‑event performance and prepare reports on impact, engagement and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists and influencers to enhance corporate reputation.
- Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and reputational risks, while managing crisis communication strategies when necessary.
- Brand Experience & Communication
- Lead and motivate a cross‑functional team to deliver exceptional on‑ground activations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, vendors and internal stakeholders during event execution.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, accountability and excellence.
- Support CSR and community engagement events to strengthen the Company’s public presence and social impact.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in event activation, experiential marketing, or partnership management.Proven leadership experience in managing teams and large‑scale event operations.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.Knowledge of corporate branding and stakeholder engagement best practices.Experience managing vendors, budgets and timelines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
