Assistant Manager, Business Development

Overview

As part of the Business Development team at LBS, the candidate will play a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategy through land studies, market research, and landbank optimization. This position requires a sharp analytical mind, strong research capabilities, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional departments to support decision-making and long-term planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prelim feasibility studies on new land opportunities and potential business ventures.
• Identify strategic approaches to optimize the utilization and value of the Group’s existing landbank and property assets.
• Perform macro and micro market research, competitor benchmarking, and regularly monitor property market movements and trends.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, development concepts, and presentations for internal evaluations and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather inputs for land studies and project assessments.
• Contribute to the development of financial models, sales assumptions, and project viability analyses in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Support due diligence, project planning, and stakeholder engagement for new developments.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of all studies, proposals, and research updates.
