Responsibilities
- Welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a positive first impression and engaging with them in a friendly manner.
- Answer customer questions about products, services, and store policies. Provide knowledgeable information to assist in their purchase decisions.
- Offer product suggestions based on customer needs and preferences, upselling or cross-selling additional items.
- Manage sales transactions accurately through the eCommerce system, ensuring proper handling of payments and issuing digital receipts.
- Ensure that products are well-organized, properly labeled, and displayed according to store standards. Maintain visual merchandising and store layouts.
- Foster a close working relationship with the fulfillment and sales teams to ensure instore purchases are captured in the system and efficient handling of any returns.
- Collect customer feedback and relay it to management to improve service and store operations.
- Assist with in-store events, product launches, or promotional activities as required.
- Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, ensure the air conditioning is set to a comfortable temperature, and verify that water supply, electricity, Wi-Fi and CCTV are functioning properly.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualifications.Previous experience in a retail environment is an added advantage.Familiar with ecommerce system and digital tools, such as mall apps, QR code, kiosks, etc.Willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the store's operating hours.Ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and respond to customer needs effectively.Demonstrates understanding and patience when dealing with diverse customer needs and situations.Understanding of the store's products or services to assist customers and provide accurate information.Job Type : Full-time
