As a Business Development Manager, you’ll lead business growth through strategic account development, specification wins, and partnership expansion across the design and construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth across A&D, developer, and corporate channels .
Build and sustain long‑term client and consultant relationships.
Lead A&D specification and project proposal development with internal teams (sales ops, procurement, QS, and projects).
Manage key account pipelines, bid activity, and bi‑weekly forecasting .
Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within ongoing contracts.
Represent Quel International at client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or Construction‑related field.

3–5 years of business development experience in interior fit‑out, flooring, carpets, or building materials .

Strong A&D network and specification‑selling background.

Commercially sharp, confident presenter, and self‑driven to hit targets.

Fluent in English and BM (Mandarin / Cantonese advantageous).

Preferably with valid driver’s license and own transport (claims basis).
