What You'll Do :
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse range of clients, understanding their business goals and marketing needs.
- Project Management : Oversee the successful execution of marketing and event projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Requirements Gathering : Actively listen to client briefs, clarify objectives, and translate their vision into actionable plans for our internal teams (design, content, events, etc.).
- Strategy & Proposal Development : Work with the team to develop compelling marketing strategies, proposals, and presentations that align with client goals.
- Communication & Reporting : Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, performance metrics, and campaign results.
- Problem Solving : Proactively identify and resolve any client-related issues or challenges, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Upselling & Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by introducing them to additional services that can further benefit their business.
- Coordination : Liaise effectively with internal teams (e.g., social media specialists, content creators, event managers, designers) to ensure seamless project delivery.
What We're Looking For :
Experience : Proven experience (4-5 years preferred) in a client servicing, account management, or project management role, ideally within a marketing, advertising, or events agency.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus), with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.Relationship Builder : A natural ability to build rapport, trust, and strong relationships with clients.Organizational Prowess : Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.Problem Solver : Proactive, resourceful, and capable of thinking on your feet to find solutionsMarketing & Events Savvy : A solid understanding of social media marketing trends, digital marketing concepts, and event management processes.Team Player : Collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with internal teams to achieve shared goalsPositive Attitude : Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow with our agency.Interested candidates can also e-mail your resume / cv / portfolio to us at :
