System Administrator (ID : 685380)

Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for servers, workstations, and infrastructure systems.

Monitor and maintain system health using approved tools.

Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of servers and delivery systems.

Manage user access, system security, and implement security patches and updates.

Support data backup, restore procedures, and disaster recovery planning.

Participate in IT change management and risk assessment for system changes.

Collaborate with internal teams (Site Ops, Project Management, Configuration Management, Systems) to support business and project needs.

Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and incident resolutions.

Conduct root cause analysis and propose preventive solutions.

Participate in capacity planning, system updates, and performance tuning.

Requirements

Min. 3 years experience with Microsoft Windows Server (primary role).

Some experience with Linux Server administration (advantageous).

Min. 2 years in Network Management .

Experience with VMware , Exchange , and Storage Administration (highly desirable).

Knowledge of Backup Administration tools such as Avamar, Data Domain, or NetApp.

The ability to undertake adhoc tasks out of hours and available to be rostered for on-call duties when required.

Work fully onsite at Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Kayu Hitam
