You will play an important role in :
- To ensure all incoming and outgoing materials pertaining to specific customer accounts are in compliance with specifications.
- To monitor the implementation and validate the effectiveness of all corrective actions taken for any non-conformances detected, which relate directly to the product quality of the assigned models.
- To ensure non-conformance materials are properly segregated and disposition carried out.
- To support and assist in customer and third-party audits.
- To perform internal audits and supplier audits when necessary.
- To initiate corrective actions to identify defect causes and execute improvement activities according to their needs.
- To establish and maintain quality documents such as SOP, WI, etc.
- To coordinate with customers on the corrective action report, including date to reply and effectiveness.
- To liaise with customer, production, and suppliers in technical aspect related to product quality
- To conduct the first article inspection of materials for both the customer and supplier.
- To assist in IA (internal audit) to implement the company's quality and environmental systems in line with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
- To assist the QA Manager in the migration of quality procedure walk-throughs.
- To perform physical inspection, chemical inspections for raw material, packaging materials, in-process materials, and finished products
- To execute and assist the Quality Assurance Manager in other duties assigned.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have :
Bachelor's degree in quality / manufacturing engineering or equivalent with 2-5 years' experience in related field.Preferred experience in the printing or manufacturing industries.Familiar with 7 QC tools (Pareto chart, histogram) for data analysis and quality improvement initiatives.Good knowledge in ISO 9001 & 14001 and FMEATrack record of handling inspector QC will be an advantage.Be able to communicate with all levels.Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia
