Main mission
- Design visuals, from static graphics to layouts and visual assets, across courses, events, marketing, and digital channels.
- Work closely with the Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator, Marketing, and Event teams to ensure visual cohesion.
- Ensure all designs communicate clarity, emotional resonance, and the brand’s voice.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints (print, web, social, event).
- Create unique visual styles for our brands, courses and events.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines (typography, color palette, iconography, visual systems).
- Prepare files for print and digital, ensure correct formats, resolution, and quality control.
- Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize visuals for campaigns, webinar / event visuals, slides, and promotional creatives.
- Support video editing by creating motion graphics, overlays, title cards, transitions when required.
- Source or commission visuals / photography when needed (stock, illustrations), and integrate them cohesively.
- Ensure timely delivery, manage multiple design tasks concurrently, and adapt quickly to changing priorities or last‑minute briefs.
- Stay updated with graphic design trends, tools, and best practices.

Experience : 3 or 4+ years as a graphic designer, ideally with experience in digital marketing.Technical skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with motion / video design tools (After Effects, Premiere, or equivalents).Experience in designing for both print and digital environments (web, social, print collateral).Knowledge of marketing, Canva, emailing and social media platforms and the formats needed for them.Skills
Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, typography, color, layout.Ability to receive feedback and iterate, maintain brand consistency, and push design boundaries.Knowledge of AI platforms to use in your work.Excellent communication, ability to explain design rationale to non‑designers.Organized, ability to manage deadlines and priorities.Mandarin (spoken & written) is a plus.Bonus : experience in educational, wellness, or medical / dental sectors.Bonus : familiarity with UI / UX, or basic understanding of web design (Figma, Sketch, etc.).Education
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.(or equivalent experience of 5+ years in graphic design and a strong portfolio).Technical school diploma is accepted.Required
