Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize sales visits.
  • Understand existing filtration systems and recommend Camfil’s equivalent.
  • Demonstrate and present products.
  • Able to close sales in a timely manner.
  • Establish new business through cold calls and visits.
  • Maintain existing customers.
  • Attend trade exhibitions and seminars.
  • Aim to achieve monthly or annual targets.

Quotation

  • Liaise with customers on all inquiries.
  • Check specifications, pricing and delivery terms are correct.
  • Provide information to the Sales Coordinator and ensure quotations are completed on time.

    • Monitoring of Orders

  • Monitor sales to customers and ensure consistent replacement.
  • Gather competitor pricing and information with regard to sales activities.
  • Shipping and Invoicing : Work with the Sales Coordinator to meet timely deliveries.
  • Monitor debtor ageing list and ensure prompt payments by customers.

    • Others

  • On-site technical support is sometimes required, and proper PPE must be worn for these occasions.
  • Perform any other duties as requested / assigned by your superior from time to time.

    • Requirements

  • Relevant Diploma / Degree from a higher learning institution or equivalent competence gained in other ways.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience, preferably with prior experience in manufacturing or industrial industries.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  • Integrity and honesty.
  • Able to work independently.
