Overview

We are looking for a talented and passionate Web Developer to join our team and help us build high-performing, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites that drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to translate concepts into functional and engaging web pages.
  • Create and implement advanced web effects / animations to deliver smooth, modern, and interactive user experiences — not just functional but visually impressive.
  • Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO readiness.
  • Implement tracking tools and analytics to measure conversions and user behavior.
  • Provide real-time problem-solving support for urgent technical or performance issues.
  • Research and integrate third-party platforms, APIs, and tools into the website to enhance web functionality and workflows.
  • Develop and implement custom integrations with external platforms and automation tools to optimize website operations.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and familiarity with frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) is a plus.
  • Ability to build advanced effects / animations using libraries or frameworks (e.g., GSAP, Framer Motion, Three.js).
  • Understanding of UI / UX principles , typography, and color theory.
  • Hands-on experience with website optimization, analytics, and A / B testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly under pressure .
  • Able to fulfill the Job Scopes listed above.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
