Job description

Allowance : RM / month

Working Days : Monday to Friday (8 : 00am to 5 : 30pm)

Requirements

  • Education : min. Diploma / Degree preferably in finance or account
  • Language : English, Bahasa Malaysia, or other Local language
  • Good analytical & communication skills, Working Effectively with Others.
  • Problem Solving, trustworthy and maintain strictest confidentiality of company information.

Responsibility

  • Perform daily collection submitted by seller, update cash & cheque collected
  • Key in OR to system
  • Identify discrepancy in OR, issue Debit Note(DN) to customer when required
  • Update AR disputed tracking
  • Extract AR aging report from system & email to sales supervisor / manager
  • Any ad hoc task to support Finance Department
  • (All the job related will be under guidance)
