The successful candidate will assist in matters pertaining to recruitment, training as well as other human resource administration functions.
Job Description
- Recruitment and selection activities – Scheduling and arranging for interview, handling offer process, pre-employment medical checkup and other pertinent details
- Support daily HR operations and paper works in accordance to HR policies and procedures
- Assist in preparing reports
- Assist in training and development activities
- Organise induction program for new employees
- Assist with employees leave management
- Any ad-hoc HR assignments / events / activities
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Human Resources and / or Business ManagementGood interpersonal and communication skillsOrganised, independent and result-orientedAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionHigh degree of analytical skills with good working knowledge of PC software applicationsJob Type : Full-time
Pay : RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
