Job Description

• Prepare Schedule for the flawless execution of assigned projects.
• Keep the project on schedule, on budget and within the specifications.
• Develop costing for assigned tender with resourceful idea or proposal.
• Liaise with supplier / vendor / contractors with acknowledgement of direct superior
• Ensure the material to be onsite as per target date
• Site coordination among consultant, client, supplier, vendor and contractor
• Communicate with client / owner / end use effectively with proper understanding by interpret their needs and requirement.
• Plan, coordinate and compile engineering design work with client / designer / consultant / contractor
• Engineering drawing preparation
• Prepare site progress report as per project requirement.
• Prepare Method of Statement for the construction work
• Plan and arrange for testing and commissioning of the project to meet specification and requirement.
• Ensure all aspects of the project proceed while adhering to internal company SOPs as well as external regulations and laws
• Prepare handover documents once the project completion.
