Job description

Join TikTok Shop’s Graduate Development Program in Kuala Lumpur to gain hands-on e-commerce experience through multiple rotations and impactful projects.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing :

  • Participate in a maximum 18-month program with 3-4 rotations across key e-commerce functions.
  • Support seller onboarding, training, and growth in Acquisition and Incubation.
  • Collaborate with creators and sellers to build strategic partnerships in Category Creators.
  • Drive viral campaigns to increase awareness and GMV in Campaign Management.
  • Contribute to platform-level projects and data analysis in Platform Operations and Business Intelligence.
  • Engage with stakeholders and develop both technical and strategic skills throughout the program.

About You

The company is looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field with up to 1 year of full-time work experience as of application deadline.
  • Intellectual curiosity and strong capacity for rapid learning.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Prior internship experience in e-commerce or management consulting is preferred.
  • Availability to commit to onboarding by July 2026 and clear graduation date stated in resume.
