Job descriptionMenyusun atur luggage & beg di ruang pameran (showroom / booth / kedai) supaya menarik dan mengikut visual merchandising standard. Menyediakan product tagging, pricing dan label promosi. Memastikan stok sentiasa cukup, kemas, dan dalam keadaan baik. Membuat stock check secara berkala serta melaporkan pergerakan jualan produk. Menjadi host untuk sesi jualan secara live (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Shopee Live dsb). Menarik minat penonton dengan penyampaian interaktif, mesra, dan meyakinkan. Mempromosikan luggage & beg dengan selling point yang jelas (ketahanan, warranty, saiz kabin, design stylish, dsb). Berinteraksi dengan penonton – jawab soalan, paparkan demo produk, dan mempromosikan tawaran khas. Bekerjasama dengan team media / marketing untuk menghasilkan content sebelum dan selepas sesi live. Memberi input kepada marketing team untuk strategi promosi luggage & beg (online dan offline). Menyediakan laporan prestasi jualan harian / mingguan / bulanan. Mencadangkan promosi bundling (contoh : luggage + beg kecil, free gift, diskaun) untuk menarik pelanggan. Memantau market trend & produk pesaing untuk kekal kompetitif. Membina hubungan baik dengan pelanggan untuk jualan ulangan (repeat purchase). Memberi sokongan selepas jualan (warranty, pertanyaan, pertukaran barang jika rosak / defect). Mengendalikan aduan pelanggan dengan cara profesional. Membantu dalam event / roadshow atau pameran travel & lifestyle. Memberi latihan asas kepada staf jualan baharu tentang produk luggage & beg. Menyokong tugas lain berkaitan merchandising & promosi apabila diperlukan. Minimum : Sijil atau Diploma dalam bidang berkaitan seperti : Pemasaran / Marketing Perniagaan / Business Administration Komunikasi / Mass Communication Pengurusan Runcit / Retail Management Hospitality / Tourism Management Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang berkaitan adalah satu kelebihan, tetapi bukan keperluan wajib untuk posisi jualan & promosi produk.
Job Description
1. Jualan & Konsultasi Produk
- Menjadi product consultant untuk pelanggan yang berminat dengan luggage, beg travel, backpack, dan aksesori.
- Memberi penerangan jelas mengenai kelebihan produk, material, saiz, fungsi, dan cara penggunaan.
- Mencadangkan produk yang sesuai mengikut bajet dan keperluan pelanggan.
- Mengurus proses jualan termasuk invois, pembayaran, dan after sales service.
