Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist in daily accounting operations and financial record keeping. The successful candidate will support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

Assist in handling general accounting tasks and bookkeeping.
Prepare and update accounting records, invoices, and payments.
Support in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Assist in preparing reports, statements, and schedules for audits.
Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
