Responsibilities

• Patients' education, i.e consultation
• Patients' registration, appointment scheduling & follow-up
• Coordinating & scheduling surgeries
• Attend to patients' needs
• Ensure smooth patients flow
• Assist in marketing activities such as roadshows occasionally
• Statistic reports
