Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for freight forwarding and warehousing operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, carriers, and service providers to ensure competitive rates and reliable services.
- Conduct price negotiations and prepare cost analyses to achieve optimal procurement outcomes.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company quality and service standards.
- Support the strategic sourcing process to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and management, to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or warehousing industry.Solid understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and cost analysis.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
